WHES SMORE - An email update from our principal Mrs. Schmidt
If you are new to the school or have not registered with SchoolMessenger, you will be receiving a letter with an Activation Code. Please wait to receive the letter, then follow the instructions carefully and be sure to enter your email address into the system in order to receive email messages. If you registered in the past, login credentials that you used will continue to work throughout your child's educational career with CCPS.
Volunteer - field trip/in class
All volunteers/chaperones must be pre-approved prior to volunteering. You must complete the CCPS Volunteer Application. You may pick up a hard copy at the school or complete the online application on the CCPS website. You must reapply every year.
Complete the WHES Volunteer Form. This form is separate from the CCPS Volunteer Application. Only those completing the WHES PTO volunteer form will receive emails regarding volunteering at WHES. Any questions contact the PTO by email at windyhillwizardspto@gmail.com.
